Terms and Conditions
All prices on this website are expressed in Australian Dollars and include Goods and Services Tax. ANZCRO reserves the right to amend without notice the prices on the website. We refer particularly but are not limited to amendments due to currency fluctuations, the withdrawal or adjustment of contracted rates with land and service providers, New Zealand or Australian Government charges. Pricing is only guaranteed after final payment is made.
A non-refundable deposit of $110.00 per person is required within 6 days of confirmation. This will guarantee your confirmed holiday price. Some activities/products have their own strict deposit regulations which you will be made aware of at the time of booking. Failure to pay the deposit within 6 days of confirmation will result in automatic cancellation of all travel arrangements.
Is due 30 days prior to departure date or immediately after confirmation if within that period. Some products may require immediate payment regardless of the number of days before travel. This will be advised at time of booking.
All payments are to be made using the payment link www.anzcro.com.au/payments. ANZCRO does not charge credit card fees for all transactions. Should you wish to make a payment via Direct Deposit, please use the following details and use the booking number as the reference.

The first amendment is at no cost; all additional amendments may incur a fee of $33.00. Some suppliers may charge different amendment fees we will advise at time of change.
Cancellation fees up to 100% can be applied from the time of booking. ANZCRO’s cancellation policy is clearly stated below and deposits/full payment may be requested to cover these charges prior to bookings being made.
6 days after confirmation of booking:
$110.00 per person is required plus any airline or ground operator charges.
30-15 days prior to travel:
50% of the holiday costs plus any airline or ground operator charges
14 days or less prior to travel:
100% of the holiday costs
Coach Tours have specific cancellation penalties, please ask for these at time of booking.
ANZCRO Booking, Cancellation and Amendment Charges:
If you want to change any details of your itinerary booked through ANZCRO (such as changing to a different hotel or changing your travel date), we will do our best to help but cannot guarantee that changes will be permitted by the relevant Third Party Supplier. Requests for a refund of monies paid for any travel products or services booked through ANZCRO will be governed by the terms and conditions of the relevant Third Party Supplier, and Ezibeds-ANZCRO is not responsible for, and does not have any control over, such terms and conditions. In particular, you are advised that Ezibed-ANZCRO bookings are non-refundable and you must agree with the terms and conditions applicable to the accommodation before proceeding with the booking.
- Unused Car / Motorhome hire – NIL
- Unused Accommodation/Service vouchers refunded at the sole discretion of ANZCRO.
Product and service providers are unable to authorize any refund on ANZCRO’s behalf.
All ski products are non-refundable. Ski conditions are an act of nature and totally beyond our control. ANZCRO urges clients to check weather conditions before departing on any ski or snow dependent holiday as conditions can change at very short notice. ANZCRO takes no responsibility for late starts or early finishes to the ski season.
Ezibed – ANZCRO Prepaid Hotel Reservations:
Bookings made through Ezibed – ANZCRO are a prepaid hotel reservation. In the event that you book a prepaid hotel reservation, you acknowledge that Ezibed – ANZCRO pre-negotiate certain room rates with hotel suppliers to facilitate the booking of reservations for pay now bookings. You authorise Ezibed-ANZCRO to facilitate reservations for the total reservation price. All quotes are only valid at the time they are made and are subject to change at the time of booking. You agree that all bookings must be prepaid to ANZCRO prior to your reservation being made where required and upon submitting your reservation request you authorize ANZCRO to facilitate hotel reservations on your behalf, including making payment arrangements with hotel suppliers. ANZCRO must in some cases collect full payment before any Ezibed-ANZCRO booking will be made. Once paid you will not be able to cancel or change your prepaid hotel reservation as all Ezibed-ANZCRO reservations are non-refundable.
ANZCRO reserves the right to charge a late booking fee of $33 to cover additional costs associated with bookings made within 10 days of travel.
Please ask your booking agent about ANZCRO’s special (discounted) airfares, Australia only. These are only available when packaged with the product and services in this brochure. Special amendment, deposit, cancellation and travel conditions apply to these airfares. All airfares have unique booking, amendment, travel and cancellation conditions. You will be made aware of these at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to ensure the names and details given to ANZCRO are correct as per your passport and proof maybe required.
All documents are sent standard mail by Australia Post. Should you require documents urgently and for any late bookings you need to add $5.00 to the balance due to cover the cost of Express Mail delivery of your documents. We must be advised by 4.00pm if you require documents overnight. Regions outside main cities may take longer than this. For overseas clients we will email your documents to you and can send the hard copies to the first booked item on your itinerary.
ANZCRO strongly recommends you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy at the time of booking. Cancellation charges charged by ANZCRO will not be waived under any circumstance where travel insurance would have covered you.
All baggage and personal effect are, at all times, your own risk. Any excess charges are the responsibility of the passenger.
Please advise ANZCRO of your frequent flyer membership details for inclusion in your booking. Some special airfares do not accrue frequent flyer points and we cannot guarantee that the airline will credit you with points for your booking.
1. The Trade Practices Act implies a warranty that the services rendered by Australia New Zealand Central Reservations Office will be rendered with due care and skill and nothing contained in these conditions is to be construed as in any way excluding, restricting or limiting that warranty or any other rights implied by law which may not be excluded, restricted or modified.
2. ANZCRO and its associated companies and their employees are not liable for:
(a) Any event beyond their control, including (but not limited to) war, disturbance, fire, flood, unusually severe weather, act of God, act of government or other authorities, accident or failure of machinery or equipment, or industrial action (whether or not including ANZCRO employees): nor
(b) Any act or omission whatsoever (whether within or outside their control) in relation to any booking, contract, travel, accommodation, excursion or other holiday services (including the carriage of baggage) which results in any direct, indirect or consequential loss, damage, death, injury, delay, liability, additional expenses or inconvenience.
(c) ANZCRO does not own or operate any tour product or service listed in this brochure. ANZCRO is a tour wholesaler who arranges the provision of the products & services listed. ANZCRO does not take responsibility for the omission or failure of individual properties, plant or services detailed in this brochure.
